I know that the link above is not about Etsy, but it is something dear to my heart. On March 12, FGCU students slept outside with only cardboard boxes and blankets. We made our own shanties to sleep in that night; the purpose of doing this was to experience one night of homelessness. At first it was fun, we had speakers and a pb&j dinner; but in the early morning hours it got really cold and very few of us were able to sleep. This was my third year attending this event, and as vice president of Students Against Hunger and Homelessness, I played a big role in setting it up. It was a lot of work, but well worth it! This wonderful circlet is ideal for forest elves and goddesses. Wear it for any medieval or renaissance fairs! It can also be worn as a necklace so you get full usage out of your purchase. It features silver leaves and light green amethyst Swarovski crystals, and can be adjusted for any size. It only costs $19.99 (not including shipping), just go to my Etsy site to purchase it if you feel like being an elven princess wondering through a forest, maybe even Lothlorien!

I made a simple headpiece that is too cute! And I made it so that children can wear it too, and the wire won't tangle easily! I love the colors in this one (it matches my eyes!) and it can be worn as a necklace. I made a few other pieces, but I don't want to post them all at the same time, so keep an eye out!
